We would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data in relation to our practices and the "Personal Data Protection Law" No. 6698 ("Law") as the "Data Controller" of Hiba Tekstil İthalat İhracat Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Hiba").

The rewards and benefits may also be processed when they are credited to your account and used in relation to purchases made at Hiba’s partner stores ("Branches") or with our partners ("Business Partners").

Membership Creation and Use of Benefits:

Creating a Hiba site & program membership: Personal data is collected to benefit from Hiba’s site membership advantages through forms filled out on the Mobile Application/Site or automatically through settings on your mobile device. The data includes personal details such as name, surname, birthdate, gender, and location. This data is processed under the legal grounds of fulfilling a contract or protecting legitimate interests without violating fundamental rights and freedoms.

Checking Hiba site & program membership: Personal data such as phone numbers is collected when verifying membership status on our site or mobile app, under the legal grounds of processing necessary for legitimate interests.

Campaigns and Membership Advantages: To benefit from discounts, cashbacks, and other advantages, personal data including identity, contact, and transaction details are collected. This includes participation in campaigns run by Business Partners and verification of eligibility for such benefits. Personal data is processed based on the legal grounds of legitimate interests and contractual obligations.
Personalized Marketing, Profiling, Segmentation, and Analysis:
We collect and process personal data for personalized marketing and customer segmentation activities, profiling for campaigns, advertisements, and promotions. We also collect data for analysis of marketing efforts, which may involve location-based offers if location sharing is enabled on your device. This data is used to enhance user experience and facilitate marketing strategies.
Event and Reward Processes:
When participating in events organized by Hiba or Business Partners, personal data is processed to facilitate registration and provide membership advantages or other rewards. Data is collected via QR codes, phone numbers, and emails for event participation.
Commercial Communication Processes:
We may send personalized commercial communications, including promotions and advertisements, through various channels like SMS, push notifications, emails, or calls, once you consent to receive them.
