If your order does not qualify for free shipping, available shipping options and rates will be displayed during checkout before payment.

We strongly recommend ordering a swatch before placing larger fabric orders if colour accuracy, texture, weight, stretch, transparency, or drape are important for your project.
While we work carefully to present fabrics accurately, colours may appear differently depending on device screens, monitor calibration, lighting conditions, and photography settings.
Wholesale Fabric Orders
HIBA Fabrics welcomes wholesale enquiries from fashion brands, boutiques, designers, tailors, manufacturers, costume departments, and textile resellers.

Returns & Refunds
Because most fabric orders are cut specifically to the length requested by each customer, all sales should be considered final once cutting has begun.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase provided cutting, processing, or preparation has not started.
We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Cut fabric
- Custom lengths
- Special-order products
- Used or altered fabrics
- Washed fabrics
If we have sent the incorrect fabric or if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
