Can you help me choose the right fabric?
Yes. Tell us what you are making, the look you want, your preferred colour, whether you need stretch, transparency, shine, drape, or structure, and we will guide you.
Should I order a fabric swatch first?
We recommend ordering a swatch before larger purchases if colour accuracy, texture, shine, weight, transparency, stretch, or drape is important for your project.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. For wholesale or bulk orders, please send the fabric name, colour, required quantity, destination country, and whether you need meters, rolls, or sourcing support.
How do I report a damaged or incorrect order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, clear photos or videos of the issue, and a short explanation. Please keep the packaging until the issue is reviewed.
Can cut fabric be returned?
Fabric sold by the meter is normally cut specifically for your order and cannot usually be returned for change of mind once fulfilled. This does not affect your rights if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.
